Common questions

Before you book.

  1. 1Can I change a route?

    Compose drafts are fully editable. Seasonal and Signature itineraries stay fixed; you can copy their idea into Compose to create a separate private version.

  2. 2When is payment due?

    Nothing is charged in this demo. The live product will show the deposit and balance dates only after availability and final pricing are confirmed.

  3. 3Is travel insurance required?

    The final policy must be confirmed before launch and shown before payment, together with required minimum coverage.

These demo principles define the production requirements. Final legal text must be reviewed for the operating entity and destination markets.

Privacy & Travel DNA

Only planning preferences needed to personalize a journey should be collected. Users must be able to view, change, export, and delete them. Payment credentials never belong in Travel DNA.

Cancellation & refunds

The live quote must state supplier-specific cancellation windows, non-refundable items, refund timing, and change fees before a deposit is accepted.

Pricing & availability

All prices shown before curator review are indicative. A journey becomes bookable only when its stays, transport, hosts, inclusions, and final total are confirmed.

Seasonal & Signature rules

Published itineraries are read-only. Services and traveller count may be adjusted; route changes create a new Compose draft and never alter the published journey.
